This search also verifies that the social security matches the individual who is claiming the particular number. The information is derived from three National Consumer Credit Agencies.
Consumer Credit Reports provide a seven-year history of an individual's credit history. Consent and authorization by the subject must accompany the request for a credit report in order to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
