Michael E. Luddy (President)

Mr.Luddy, President Has Over 34 Years Of Experience In Law Enforcement. He is Highly Knowledgeable In State, Municipal And County Law Enforcement. He Has Memberships And Affiliations With Several Security, Crime Prevention, And Investigative And Business Associations. These Groups Include The California Contract Security Guard Association, California Licensed Association of Investigators, American Society Of Industrial Security, California Security Managers Association, High Technology Crime Investigation Association, San Francisco Bay Area Law Enforcement Security Liaison Group. He Was Also The Past President Of The California Crime Prevention Officer's Association And The Past Vice Chair Person Of The Corporate Security Committee For The California Peace Officers Association. This Group Includes Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Persons And Agencies. Mr.Luddy And ISS Bring A Wealth Of Knowledge And Experience To Those That Have Availed Themselves Of The Services Of Our Organization.

Ricardo Llanos (Director of Operations)

Mr. Llanos has experience with Macy's and Federated stores as their regional investigator. He also was their loss prevention control specialist for a period of time. He attended college in San Jose, Ca. Mr. Llanos was the Operations Manager for the E.E. Residential Homes which covered the West Coast of California. Ryc will be at I.S.S. to coordinate and implement the day to day operations.

Damien Chapa came to ISS from Group Services Inc. Damien attended college in the San Jose, California area. Damien is also a member of the United States Marine Corps. He is responsible for the manpower allocation for all I.S.S. sites. He is also responsible for applicant screening, and hiring as well as keeping all employees informed of company policies and procedures. In addition, Damien is responsible for finding a good match between each officer's experience and our client's individual needs.

Aner Medar (Scheduling Manager)

Aner is responsible for the manpower allocation for all I.S.S. sites. In addition, Aner is responsible for finding a good match between each officer's experience and our client's individual needs.

Our investigative staff are comprised of individuals with both civilian and law enforcement investigative backgrounds. They have accomplished successful ends to many large scale and extremely complex investigations.

Our proven abilities in pre-employment background searches have saved many employers from possible serious labor issues as well as potential litigation's.

We have completed numerous covert and undercover investigations in both large and small companies. The results have been the ferreting out of serious internal theft and time fraud as well as other cost draining circumstances.

Our financial investigations have assisted both large companies and individuals in making decisions on trends and issues that were of importance to them.

We can also assist in "de bugging" or "electronic countermeasures" to assist companies and individuals in attempting to identify personal and corporate electronic intrusion.

Linda Fairfield (Controller)

Linda is responsible for payroll, billing and vendor relations at I.S.S. and oversees the accounting functions. She is also responsible for HR functions including keeping all employees informed of company policies and procedures and employee benefits.
