ISS’s management staff includes experienced investigators, loss
prevention specialists, former military members, and business operations
executives. They focus on matching each ISS officer’s expertise
with the individual clients’ needs to ensure the best possible
service.
Michael E. Luddy (Corporate Manager)
Michael
Luddy, founder of ISS, has over 34 years experience in law enforcement.
He is highly knowledgeable in state, municipal, and county law enforcement.
His memberships with multiple security, crime prevention, and investigative
associations keep the ISS team informed on the latest technologies
and trends in the industry. His memberships include:
- California Contract Security
Guard Association
- California Licensed Association of Investigators
- American Society of Industrial Security
- California Security Managers Association
- High Technology Crime Investigation Association
- San Francisco Bay Area Law Enforcement Security Liaison Group
Mr. Luddy
was also the past president of the California Crime Prevention Officers
Association and the past vice chairperson of the Corporate Security
Committee for the California Peace Officers Association. His experience
and knowledge continue to be great assets to the ISS organization.
Ricardo
Llanos (Director of Operations)
Mr.
Llanos attended college in San Jose, Ca. His prior experiences
include regional investigator and loss prevention with Macys and Federated
stores. Mr. Llanos has also worked as the Operations Manager for the
E.E. Residential Homes, covering the West Coast of California. Mr.
Llanos’s experience and knowledge has heavily contributed at
I.S.S. with coordinating and implementing the day to day operations.
Aner
Medar (Scheduling Manager)
Aner
is responsible for the manpower allocation for all I.S.S. sites. He
is also responsible for applicant screening, and hiring as well as
keeping all employees informed of company policies and procedures.
In addition, Aner is responsible for finding a good match between each
officer's experience and our client's individual needs.
Linda Fairfield
(Controller)
Linda
is responsible for payroll, billing and vendor relations at I.S.S.
and oversees the accounting functions. She is also responsible for
HR functions including keeping all employees informed of company policies
and procedures and employee benefits.
